9:00 – 9:50        Digital Hygiene - Brian Gault (Director, Customer Protection at Fidelity Investments)

Brian is a proven cybersecurity thought leader who has successfully created and led cybersecurity and risk management programs for 24 years, for thousands of clients across a myriad of different industries. His primary areas of expertise are cybersecurity, risk management, public speaking, and leadership. Brian has been with Fidelity Investments for over 17 years and currently serves as Director, Customer Protection. He's responsible for a new value-add service CyberWellness®, which provides cybersecurity assessment, consulting, and training services to select clients and advisors. Brian is a US Navy Veteran and served in Europe and the Middle East supporting Operations Decisive Endeavor and Southern Watch.

        Finding Hidden Assets - Kari Overson (CFE, Principal Private Investigator
, Overson Investigative Group LLC (OIG))

Kari is the principal Private Investigator and Certified Fraud Examiner of her own firm, Overson Investigative Group LLC (OIG).  She has over 26 years' experience as a federal agent conducting complex white collar investigations involving bank and loan fraud, SBA Program Fraud, bankruptcy fraud, contract fraud, money laundering, mortgage fraud, and real estate fraud. In private practice, her focus has been on these same specialties and conducting financial analyses for divorce cases, due diligence, and elder financial exploitation cases.

11:00 - 11:50  Financial Investigations in High Conflict Divorces - James Peet (PhD, CFE, Principal Manager of Peet & Associates, LLC)

James is the principal manager of Peet & Associates, LLC, a financial investigation firm. He has been a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) since 2011. He is licensed as a Private Investigator in the State of Washington. He has graduated from two law enforcement academies and served as a federal and local law enforcement officer. In addition, he holds multiple degrees in Geography along with having the accounting and business qualifications necessary to sit for the Washington State Certified Public Accountant exam (something he does not have any interest in doing).  In addition to his business activities James developed and taught classes on Organizational and White Collar Crime and Business Crimes Investigation for City University of Seattle, along with multiple geography classes for local colleges and universities. He is published in the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner's journal Fraud Magazine, and in PI MagazineMarijuana Venture, and Pacific Maritime Magazine. He has provided Continuing Professional Education (CPE) training on fraud and investigations to CFEs, Auditors, and Private Investigators, and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) to Attorneys.  Along with traveling, he also authors science fiction novels in his spare time.  His latest novel, Uncivil Actions, is a legal/political thriller.
